Scope of Services. Through this Site, Junk In My Trunk markets and arranges Residential Garbage Collection, Commercial Garbage Collection, Trash Removal, Junk Removal, Large Item Pickup. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://junkinmytrunknv.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Junk In My Trunk or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Junk In My Trunk may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Junk In My Trunk does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Junk In My Trunk arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Junk In My Trunk harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NV law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NV for any related dispute.
Modifications. Junk In My Trunk may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
